While we strive to keep the service available at all times, DirectPoll does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service. DirectPoll shall not be held liable for unexpected downtime, data loss, or service interruptions of any kind. DirectPoll reserves the right to remove or edit content available through the service without prior notice.
DirectPoll does not review polls or other content posted by users before they are published. DirectPoll is not responsible for any opinions expressed by third parties, nor for the accuracy or completeness of any content posted through the service. Users are solely responsible for any information they disclose through the service, including any content that may infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold DirectPoll harmless from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By posting content through the service, you grant DirectPoll a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You retain all other ownership rights to your content.

DirectPoll reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service for more than 30 days after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
